This Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and services offered through the Grahbook platform, operated by Neha Agrawal. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹).
1. Cancellation Eligibility
You may cancel your Grahbook subscription at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Free Plan (Mukhiya): No cancellation required as there is no charge.
- Pro Plan (Bhandari): Can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Enterprise Plan (Samrat): Cancellation terms are governed by the individual service agreement.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription through the following methods:
- Self-Service: Log in to your Grahbook dashboard, go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan.
- Email: Send a cancellation request to agrawalmanas150@gmail.com with your registered phone number and reason for cancellation.
- Phone: Call our support team at 805-2402-633 during business hours (Mon-Sat, 10 AM - 7 PM IST).
3. Cancellation Timelines

4. What Happens After Cancellation
Immediate: Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle.
During Billing Cycle: You retain full access to all Pro features until the end of the paid period.
After Billing Cycle: Your account reverts to the Free Plan (Mukhiya) with limited features.
Data: Your data is retained for 30 days after the billing cycle ends, then permanently deleted.
5. Refund Upon Cancellation
Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel:
- Within 7 days of initial purchase: Full refund of the subscription fee (in INR) to the original payment method.
- After 7 days of initial purchase: No refund. You retain access until the end of the billing cycle.
- Auto-renewal cancellations: No refund for the current billing period. Cancellation prevents the next billing cycle.

6. Data Handling After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your data is handled as follows:
- Account Data: Retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted from our servers.
- Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years as required by GST and income tax regulations.
- WhatsApp Messages: Previously processed messages are retained for 90 days, then deleted.
- Business Data: Product catalogs, customer lists, and inventory data are deleted after 30 days.
You may request an export of your data before cancellation by contacting our support team.
7. Reactivation
If you reactivate your subscription within 30 days of cancellation:
- Your data and settings will be restored.
- You will be charged the current subscription rate.
- Any previously earned credits or usage history will be preserved.
After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted and a new account setup will be required.
8. Involuntary Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription in the following circumstances:
- Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Non-payment of subscription fees after 3 attempts.
- Fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
In cases of involuntary cancellation, no refund will be issued for the remaining billing period.
